Delivery Information
Order Processing
All items are made to order. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
During busy periods, please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch. If we anticipate any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Delivery Options
We ship using Royal Mail and Evri for both UK and international orders.

Local Collection (By Appointment)
You can collect your order by appointment.
Collection location: Halos Little Creations
Collection times: Monday–Friday, 9:30am–4:30pm
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email.
Important Information
- Delivery timeframes begin after dispatch, not from the order date
- Weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days
- Courier delays are outside of our control
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery before contacting us.
Returns Policy
Personalised & Made-to-Order Items
Due to the nature of our products, personalised and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Please ensure all personalisation details are entered correctly when placing your order.
Non-Personalised Items
Non-personalised items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
A £3.99 returns fee will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
