Processing Time

All items are made to order.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3 working days.

During busy periods (such as holidays or peak seasons), please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch.

Delivery Options

We use trusted UK delivery services such as Royal Mail.

• Tracked 48 – Estimated 2–3 working days after dispatch
• Tracked 24 – Estimated 1–2 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays can occur with the courier.

• Delivery times begin after dispatch, not from the date of order
• Weekends and bank holidays are not counted as working days
