Order Process:

We aim to process, prepare, and dispatch all orders within 3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). During peak times, please allow up to 5 working days. If we anticipate any delays, we’ll notify you promptly.

Delivery Options

We ship using Royal Mail and Evri for both UK and international orders. You can check the latest updates on their delivery service at www.royalmail.com.

UK Delivery:

    Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days from dispatch*

Local Collection (By Appointment)

Collect from Haloslittlecreations by booking an appointment.
Collection times: Monday–Friday, 9:30am–4:30pm

Tracking Information

Once your order is marked as complete, tracking details will be automatically added to your order and sent via email.

Returns

You have 30 days from the order date to return an item for a refund.
